The File Work can’t prepare an image for these requirements
Good to know
Cropping isn’t possible here: your image is smaller than the required size in one direction, and The File Work doesn’t enlarge images.
The borders stay transparent, like the rest of your image.

Fill the space or keep the whole photo?
“Fill the space” uses the whole frame and crops from the centre. “Keep the whole image” shows every pixel and adds space around it, in a colour you choose. Both are previewed with your photo before you decide.
Small photos aren’t enlarged
If your photo is smaller than the target, it keeps the right shape at its own resolution instead of being stretched up. Enlarging adds pixels, not detail.
A post and a story at once
Choose “Multiple sizes” to make several formats from the same photo in one go.
Questions
What size should I use?
1080 × 1350 (4:5) for a portrait post, 1080 × 1080 for square and 1080 × 1920 (9:16) for a story. Instagram keeps post shapes from 1.91:1 to 3:4.
Will my image be cropped?
Only if you choose “Fill the space”. You see both options with your photo first.
Can I keep the whole photo?
Yes. Choose “Keep the whole image” and pick the colour for the space around it.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. It’s resized in your browser, on your device.
